How does the AI fill in a deal?
Pick or scan your signed contract and the AI reads it the way a person would — pulling out the address, parties, price, and key dates into the form. Always review before saving.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your deals and documents stay on your device — there’s no account or server. The only time anything is sent out is when you use an AI feature, and only for that one item. See our Privacy Policy.
Do deadline reminders and calendar sync work?
Yes. Enable reminders in Settings, and add a deal’s deadlines to your iPhone calendar from the deal’s timeline.
What does it cost?
Free covers 2 active deals and 1 AI contract scan. Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial that unlocks unlimited deals and all AI features.
How do I cancel?
Manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone’s Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
All data is stored on your device. Deleting the app removes it completely.
