RealtorPilot

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

In short: RealtorPilot keeps your deals, documents, and finances on your device. There is no account and no server storing your data. The only time information leaves your phone is when you choose to use an AI feature — and then only the specific item you’re processing is sent, securely, to be read and returned. It’s not tied to your identity, not stored by us, and never used to train AI models or sold to anyone.

Who we are

RealtorPilot (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is an iOS application that helps real-estate agents manage transactions after a deal goes under contract — deadlines, documents, and finances. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.

Where your data lives

RealtorPilot is local-first. Your deals, clients, documents, photos, financial figures, and settings are stored in the app’s private storage on your device. We do not operate an account system or a database that holds your information. There is no login because there is nothing centrally stored to log in to.

If you create a backup file (Settings → Export backup), that file is created on your device and is shared only where you choose to send it.

AI features and third-party processing

RealtorPilot includes optional AI features (for example, reading a contract to auto-fill a deal, drafting a client message, turning a voice note into an action, or generating a daily briefing). These features are off unless you use them.

When you use an AI feature, the specific content for that action — such as the contract you choose to scan, or the deal details needed to draft a message — is transmitted over an encrypted connection to our processing relay and then to our AI provider (Anthropic, which operates the Claude API) to generate the result, which is returned to your device. We want to be clear and honest about this:

Equal protection by our AI provider. We only share this content with Anthropic to perform your request, and Anthropic processes it under its commercial API and data-processing terms, which contractually require it to protect your content with the same or a greater level of protection than this policy describes — including keeping it confidential, not using it to train AI models, using it solely to generate the result you asked for, and not retaining it beyond what is needed to return that result. We do not authorize any onward sharing of your content, and no other third party receives it.

If you handle sensitive client material and prefer to keep a particular file completely private, do not use the AI features on it. If your brokerage has policies about third-party tools handling client documents, please follow them.

Device permissions

You can change or revoke any of these permissions in the iOS Settings app at any time.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and are tied to your Apple ID. We never see or handle your payment-card details. Apple’s handling of your purchase is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

What we do not do

Third-party services we rely on

Data retention and deletion

Because your data lives on your device, you are in control of it. To delete everything, delete the app from your iPhone — this removes all RealtorPilot data stored on the device. We hold no server-side copy of your deals or documents to delete.

Children

RealtorPilot is a professional tool for real-estate agents and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how the app handles information, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
